I went through that too, but only earlier on in my pregnancy. now it just seems to be the coffee! I know that I should cut out caffeine but I am sure most of you know that you need that cup in the morning to get you going!! LOL I am down to one SMALL coffee a day and not all days now, but still I wish I knew what it was that was making me sick....ugh

I do agree that cutting out the coffee and seeing if that helps is a good idea.  Some foods, even ones I normally LOVE, make me sick to my stomach right now.  Even some smells or just the THOUGHT of some foods makes me wanna vomit.  Fortunately I haven't ACTUALLY vomited yet, but the feeling is almost ALWAYS there....in 2 days all I ate was several popsicles and 2 bowls of cereal and the cereal made me feel more nauseaus but i knew i needed to eat something.

perhaps it's the caffeine. you shouldn't have too much during pregnancy. but i also agree that pregnancy does weird things to you.

Pregnancy does weird things to your body.  Trying to make sense of it will probably never work :)

Maybe it's from the sugar?
