I've had unprotected sex with my husband for four years, and we're still not pregnant.  I don't blame this on infertility, and neither should you.  There's a lot of synchronization to conceiving a child, so please don't be worried.  If you're really interested in learning about reproductive health, read Taking Charge of Your Fertility.

well if you have always been off and on the pill and just stopped a year ago that can have alot to do with it. but alot of women that ttc dont always get lucky for there first few trys some women it even takes years for them to get there first bfp. when ttc you should enjoy sex dont think about ttc just enjoy what your doing eventually when unexpected you will most likely conceive.

There is only a 20 percent chance of pregnancy per month so while you could be infertile I wouldn't jump to any conclusions. Most people don't know for sure until they have been ttc. It can take a normal healthy couple who is actively trying to get pregnant up to a year to get pregnant.
