That is true miscarriage is not cause by something you do sometimes it just happens my sister in law was 13 weeks and was having twins and they just found out that the babys didnt develop. That hey didnot have a heartbeat anymore and she doesnot understand why if shes already mom of 3. I mean every body is different

Just take it easy. Rest when you feel tired, don't lift heavy things, eat healthy and try to avoid or cut back on caffeine and sugary fatty foods. Watch for any cramping or spotting. Some light cramping is common during the first few weeks and if u have some light, and I mean very light spotting its normal and caused by implantation of the baby. Schedule your first drs appt so you can be seen when your about 8 weeks. And start taking a prenatal supplement. Nothing you do wrong causes miscarriages sometimes they happen and its the bodies way of dealing with a flawed egg and sperm. Best of luck to you

There's truly a lot of dos and donts, some are (in my opinion) a bit ridiculous but to each their own. No lifting anything more than 20lbs, don't eat anything raw, they say not to eat deli meat without it being heated up, obviously no alcohol or drugs lol, though some ladies say a certain wine is fine in moderation. Same with caffeine.

Congrats! I would buy the What to Expect book. I honestly read it everyday & it pretty much answers any questions you may have.
