Being Shaky?

Im 36w3d and Idk why I'm so shaky but I thought it was cause I needed food in my system so I usually snack on food and I drink plenty of water, but even after that I'm still the same way, is anyone else like this?

I usually take my pills after I eat something then later on in the day it comes back up, but I was told to wait 30minutes after I eat then take them, see how it works today. Hoping good

I think the side effects of not taking your iron pills are worse than taking them. I get to where I just want to pass out.  Try taking them with bread foods and oj, it helps your body handle the iron better and process it faster.  If they make you sick you should only feel that way for 30min- hour, lay down try to relax if you are able...

Nurse told me to tough it out if they make me sick. But looks like I need to start taking them again lol yuck. but if your still shaky and taking them I would call your doc, I don't have that issue.

I was like that, at one point, at night, the shaking got so bad my husband had to hold me down... Asked my doctor and she said it was most likely because of my anemia.Get your iron levels checked out!

Good luck hope the shaking stops :)
