Im 38 weeks and 1 day along.
Due date is November 14.
My doctor told me yesterday that she could fit two fingers into my cervix now but my cervix isn't thinned all the way yet. How dilated am I? And is now being thinned all the way yet a good thing.

Ur cervix needs to thin out all the way in order for the baby to come down through it. Once that happens dilation will be much easier because baby will be puttin pressure right on the cervix
