advise please
I'll be 17 on Halloween and I'm almost 7 weeks pregnant. Everything went well for the first couple weeks but me and the baby's father are not together anymore. He had no motivation to do anything he needed to do and I got tired of it. I told him I needed space and he didn't respect that so I ended the relationship. What rights does he have a father. I want him to be a part of the life but I just want to know what type of legal rights he has
And if they are put on the birth certificate. If their name is on it, they have all legal rights, atleast where i am at
