after vaginal delivery

Ok girls... brutally honest answers please!! After vaginal birth are u ever the same down there? I dont wanna be loose as a goose after baby comes...besides kegals any other suggestions for getting it tight again? And be honest do ur nipples ever go back to original size and color?

My nipples never really changed. As for the.vaginal delivery, I tore some and they stitched me back up. My husband says there's no difference between before and after in that department. Your tatas will never be quite the same but your body is going through an amazing experience :) enjoy it however you come out after :)

Haha!! Thanks guys..the change in color on the breast really is the weirdest..i even got freckles on them now..but the areola is really really dark..blaah oh well .

Lol ok I'm sure you'll get a hundred different answers but for me I had a level 3 episitomy which is pretty bad ..I healed fine everything looks good and according to my hubby I'm tight ..as far as b oo bs go um it depends I nursed my daughter for 3 months right after I stopped they were saggy an empty feeling like no volume but got much better especially with exercise..I'm 24 weeks preg again an my nipples already were darker from my first pregnancy...that's the only big difference I see with my body is darker areolas ..btw I'm light skin white /Cherokee so darker was a big change for me ..lol welcome to the mysteries of bein prego ..Congrats :)

My husband says there's really not much difference after you heal and everything (it probably makes a difference the more you have) and no my nipples never returned back to their prepregnancy look lol
