Worried

I am 33 weeks pregnant, and yesterday I was hurting horribly in my lower back. I didnt think  much about that, but about 4:30 yesterday I started hurting in my abdomen also. I thought it was braxton hicks (I've had those before) and I got up and started walking. As time went on it got worse and closer together. I tried calling the on-call doctor at the practice I use and I never received a call back. I also have a family history of eclampsia on my dads side. I checked my BP and it was 165/95 and I checked it again about 30 minutes later and it was 167/102. I waited another hour and checked it again and it was 156/94. Last night, we were going to go to the hospital and I decided to lay down and try to sleep to see if I could get to feeling any better, as time went on I started feeling like I was being punched in the stomach, and this morning I am having a hard time rolling over in bed, getting out of it and my thighs are hurting. My back is still sore. I guess my question is, do I need to be worried? Or am I looking into this too much?

Omg no! Thats what they are there for!! If it's a false alarm no problem, they've seen HUNDREDS!! But if it's the real deal you and your baby will need extra care if she/he decides to come.  Plus you do not want to accidentally have the baby at home.  It's lungs could be underdeveloped, ect. Just go. Now!

That is what I was thinking also. But, I'm a first time mom and to be honest, scared to death. I just didnt want them to think I was overreacting, I've had problems with this particular practice since I was about 25 weeks.

I would go to the hospital.  When I was 25 wks I had very similar symptoms and turns out I was in labor.  They got them stopped and I luckily hadn't started dilated yet, but you may not be so lucky if you keep ignoring it!
