allergies and cold

Im 10weeks and I've always had allergies throughout the year. Sneezing and runny nose, but since being pregnant I feel like ive just been sneezing,  coughing and having a runny nose all the time. I know colds are common but it makes my sickness worse and I feel so run down and worry about my baby. Is anyone else like this?

Ya i always wanted the shot but now im prego and they say its safe but i think i will pass

I wake up to go loo and I start sneezig and nosee running,  drives me mad I gt it every morning.  Dust is my main allergy so im always hoovering etc. Clean sheets more often helps too. But when I have my scan im hoping when I get my flu shot itll help? X

And im 12 weeks....by the way u probably arent sick it is your normal allergies combined with pregnancy rhinitis which stats say 90% of women get it sometime during their pregnancy ive had it since i knew i was pregnant no signs of it gettimg better.....like i said plz let me know what helps u or what the doctors give u if it works that way i could ask my doctor about it too....glad im not the only one...

Ya i am and it drives me absolutely nuts ive tried zyrtec which they say is safe but it doesnt work and benedryl which does work but i worry about taking it everyday the rest of my pregnancy im so worried when it comes to meds i have horrible allergies already and i know the pregnancy made it 10 times worse due to pregnancy rhinitis which allergies already give me rhinitis....the only thing that clears me up is benedryl and or a hot 20 minute shower breathing the stean really helps anyways im going crazy and going to get an appt with an ear nose and throat specialist my doctor recommended i do so plzs i just cant breath normal anymore so im pretty much forced to also what helps a bit are the menthol nose inhalers try it goodluck and leider me know anything u find that helps u please as i hate meds and am losing my mind and going througj a box of tissues a day  :-(
