allergies!!!
Do any off you ladies know what I can take for allergies? My nose has been stuffed for days although I don't sneeze as much.. but it's annoying I'm having a hard time when eating lol..cause I can't breathe. . Please help!
I know im probably not spelling this right but the neto or nety pot ive heard does wonders! I almost resorted to this because my allergies were soo bad! Tried benydryll and didnt really help it just knocked me out and made me really congested when I woke. I also used saline spray which sorta helped but...again not really. Just basically fought it out with mine till like day 12 wen my symptoms finally started improving! Not much help i know :p but definitely the nety (i think thats what its called) pot would be something I would try.
