I have really bad allergies. Is there any medicane I can take or would i have to see a doctor.  Am 22weeks

I take Piriton (from over the counter) the dosage they gave me was no more than 2 in 24 hours :)

I don't have allergies but have a really hard time sleeping benadryl is safe

My dr. Recommended sudafed. But I dont like taking medicine while pregnant so I didn't try it. My allergies aren't that bad though...
