BH Contractions @ 15-16 weeks

Ok ladies I am not sure if I am being paranoid or if something is going on that I should actually pay attention to.  Right now I am 15 weeks 5 days pregnant and lately I have started to feel the baby move and what I described as "pressure" in my uterus.  Well I had just been writing it off as the baby balling up in one spot and putting pressure on the uterus walls or something.  Then last night I got to thinking and it reminds me an awful lot of the tensed up feeling I got with all the BH contractions I had with my last pregnancy.  I now have myself freaked out because with my daughter I started getting BHs around 19-20 weeks and they continued to worsen and I went into preterm labor at 33 weeks.  I didn't deliver until 38 weeks luckily, but it was still a scary expirience that I don't want to deal with again. So anyway back to my question is it possible to be having BHs already?  I'm not having the 6-7 an hour that you're told to worry about, but still it just seems so early.

Helllo!

BH contractions actually start from 6 weeks, we cant feel them... Some feel them like you at 15 - 16 weeks, some later.
I have had THREE fake contractions in th space of a month. Hahahahaha.

But if it does feel like Regular contractions... OR the get closer together see your doccy wok!! LOL

Thanks ladies... I start my weekly progesterone injections next week, so hopefully this will keep things nice and calm for the rest of the time.  It's just a bit scary with it being so early.

It's completely normal to get BH earlier in subsequent pergnancies.  Like Spade said unless you are having consisten ones of more than 4 an hour I wouldn't be concerned.

Hi I too started having them way early this pregnancy.  Hydrate and lay on your left side for an hour or so.  If they go away everything is ok if not call to get checked.  I had a scare 2 days ago with bh and pressure that wouldnt go away and it turned out to be a false alarm thankfully.  I went in got monitered and they stopped.  Good luck to you.

Yes it is and it's completely normal!  BH contractions can start late in the first trimester or early second trimester but not all women actually notice them this early.  If you have 4 or more in an hour on a consistent basis that would be cause for concern.
