Kick count question.

When doing kick counts are you supposed to wait and see if the baby will kick 10 times in an hour BEFORE you drink juice, or can I just drink juice and count how many times he kicks after that without waiting to see if he'll kick on his own? If this makes any sense at all, haha, advice would be appreciated!

is the baby not being as active as usually?

you dont have to do kick counts every day and actually count them.  the biggest thing is to pay attention and make sure the baby is moving like he/she normally does.  if not, then drink something like ice cold water and count the kicks in one hour.

for the most part you learn your baby and body fast and dont even have to count, you just know and realize if the baby is not as active as normal and then you start coutning.

It seems like he might have been active more when he had more room, but I'm 28W1D, he's big, and I'm a small girl, so could that be why? Once I drink juice he kicks up a storm, but I've never really tried it without drinking juice, I always just drink juice first and then he'll kick wayyyy more than 10x an hour. I don't know the kick counts thing confuses me!
