yes you can, cramping and spooting is a sing of pregnancy, i would say wait till friday and if you havent gotten your period then buy a test and test on saturday using first morning urine
Anytime you have unprotected sex you could be pregnant. Symptoms alone mean nothing, because you can spot and cramp before you get a period anyways. The only way you'll know is waiting to see if you miss your period, and if you do to take a pregnancy test.
