Thanks alot for the advice! I will try the vitamins and ginger Tea. I was on the same medicane for my last pregnancy I lost 20 lbs and like you could not eat. Hopefully we will have some luck! Thanks again!
the only thing that helped me was being prescribed with Zofran... I know this is not what u want to hear since u obviously dont want to be medicated, but... i didnt either and tried everything!!!! i lost 15 lbs in less than 2 wks cause i was so sick and just couldnt keep on losing weight... so i had to give in to medicine... if u havent tried it... its hte only thing that seemed to help some was fresh ginger root tea...
Ginger Tea Recipe
•water, 4 cups
•2-inch piece of fresh ginger root
•optional: honey and lemon slice
but it is recommended no to drink more than 4 consecutive days when pregnant... not sure why but thats what i heard... hope it helps and hope you feel better...
i've always heard to try vitamins B6 and B12. B6 for nausea and B12 for vomitting. Also saw something for preggie pops for morning sickness online somewhere. Not sure where that was. My cousin used to always crush up peppermints and put them in tea. Or just eat on the peppermint. She's weird anyway lol.... She also used to eat apple chips or freezie pops. Weird things help different people...
