anemia.

I've known I'm anemic for like 3 years now and my first appointment I told my Dr I was and he didn't really care. I got a call today from my doctors office telling me I'm anemic and they sounded so worried lol. I'm 29 weeks now and they just now wanna take care of it. Do they just give you a prescription for anemia? Waiting for Dr to call me back about it. Ugh.

I became anemic when I became prego. My doctor has me taking 130mg of iron + whatever is in my prenatal. I take over the counter supplement that you can get from Walmart, target, walgreens, family dollar. Your doctor will tell you how much to take,

Ive always been anemic. I take an over the counter iron supplement. It works the same and is cheaper than a script.
