Breasts Question..

Okay so Im 38 weeks today. I was wondering if my Husband sucking on my breasts and getting the colostrum milk is bad? Will it make me not have milk for baby?

Your milk comes in when a signal to your brain says your given birth. Not right away about 2-3 days. So leaking or expressing colostium before you give birth is fine, you won't have less for your baby :) for people under 37 weeks are advised to be careful as nipple stimulation can cause pre term labor so if you start feeling cramps or tightenings then stop and contact your doc or Midwife.

Your hubby isn't werid. My fiance cannot wait for my milk to come in. He asks everyday if the milk is there yet lol. Im around 21 weeks.

I get alot of calcium by dtinking alot of milk, cheese anf I take Tums like crazy!! Lol.. And thats weird how does it taste like catelope juice?! lol

I was still breast feeding my twins when I got prego with my daughter. They were only two months old. My hubbie liked the taste as well lol. He said it taste like canelope juice.

Its not bad but remember you only make so much calcium.

the milk is actually sweet, warm and sweet lol... that's what my bd said. he said its not great but it ain't bad.

You are very lucky. My hubby is very involved but I doubt that he is going to want to mess with my nipples towards the end of my pregnancy lol. Good luck hopefully when the time comes you have a very easy birth

Lol.. Yeah, I guess we both are.. haha... He has been involved in this whole pregnancy. He is interested in the whole pregnancy and birthing process and also the way my body changed and everything.. I am thabkful I have a man like him!

Lol I have never heard of a guy liking it. Yeah its a form of nipple stimulation and it is helping you prepare to breastfees so it sounds like you guys are both getting good deals lol

Well my Husband says it doesnt taste funny. He just recently started doing it. He actually likes it.. Is that weird? Lol.. I havent had a problem with my milk yet. I actually leak all the time now that its closer. I only have 14 days left.. Anyone elses Husband/BF like to suck your breasts? Also is that a type of nipple stimulation??

No its not bad. It may help make your milk come in sooner. It may have a funny yaste I would think but ots definitely full of nutrients
