I tested. It's BFP....Yayyyyy
Good morning Ladies,
I'm soooooo excited to report to you that I'm pregnant. I've been up since 5AM after I tested.
I had to wake to pee and couldn't lift myself b/c my boobs were so sore. On top of that,
my stomach was growling real bad, and I felt nauseous. I normally don't test until my AF is due
and temp still high, but due to my symptoms in the past few days I suspect that I am, so I tested
using one of those cheapies from early-pregnant-tests. The second line came up after a min but faint.
I woke my hubby up to ask his opinions b/c I thought it was my mind. He looked and said
"I see 2 lines. What does that mean?" I told him that it's positive, and he was still not sure.
So I took the Clearblue digital test, my only expensive test that I've been saving for sometimes.
It came back with the word "Pregnant" right away, and then I could see the difference in my hubby's
face :). He left for work at 5:30 and told me not to do this, do that, ect... which was very sweet.
After 12 cycles of trying, I made it. I gave myself this one more try before going through the whole
fertility process with my new ob/gyn. I feel everything was right this time. I had a + on my OPK on
Thurs 10/30 and had lots and lots of watery cm in the evening. We bd'ed around 9pm.
We did again on the next day, but I felt I ovulated on Thurs b/c I was totally dry the next day.
So today is my 13th DPO, assuming I ovulated on 10/30.
If it helps someone, I began to feel odd a week after O. I have bitter taste in my mouth, and water
tastes gross (never before). I had CM around this time too. My breasts are very tender and sore
(much more different than before PMS). When I wake up, I need to eat right away where I normally
can wait until after I work a little. I feel queasy every now and then while driving.
These are subtle signs, but they definitely not my usual PMS signs.
I decided not to take the flu shot also b/c of these symptoms I was worried it may affect.
I couldn't however resist bd'ing this past weekend (if you saw my post), which confirmed that
it doesn't affect implanting if it was in the process :).
Thank you God for your blessing on this child. Thank you my big sister, who is no longer in this world,
but I know you listen to my prayers all the time. Thank you to all the ladies who took the time
to answer my many silly questions. I've learned so much and looking back, some of my earlier questions
didn't seem to deserve you time, but you still helped anyway. God bless your generous hearts.

Just wanted to say congrats, and that bd'n those two days did the trick. I ovulated on the 1st and only bd'd on that day. AF is due 2mrw, not testing unless 3 days late, for i hate seeing the BFN. Ive only been trying 3 months since my m/c in june.

About your flu shot, check with your OBGYN about that. I was advised at five weeks pregnant that not only was it OK for me to get a flu shot when my work had flu shot day, but that it is important for me to get a flu shot. I think Flu Mist (the nasal stuff) is what you need to avoid. But check with your doctor!

Thank you everyone for your good wishes. I'm very touched. I don't know what to do other than to say a prayer for those who are ttc that you will get your BFPs soon. I'm a big baby(teary eye) everytime I read a wonderful news about Positive pregnancies of all women who are TTC with or without Fertility treatement. I'm waiting for mine to be liek that. Just got a letter form hospital for My IVF. My period is due tom & I haven't had any sore BB which i normally have a week before AF. So, please spread your babydust to me.
