bleeding and hcg levels

I started bleeding a few days ago but there isn't any pain or anything like that. I went to the er and they didnt see anything in my tubes but i had a cyst and the doctor said that it might be blood from the cyst and my hcg had dropped to 6800 from 12000 but i did a follow up with my obgyn and they went back up to 7800, but I'm still bleeding but still no pain. My obgyn wants to do a d&c still i need help i really dont know what i should do. Im going to the new texas children's women center er tonight when i get off to see if they can tell me whats going on becasue my doctor seems unworried about my baby she has wrote it off as an miscarriage since i walked in her office since you didnt see anything on the u/s my first visit.

im going to an high risk doctor this friday because the bleeding was the same as my period days and its stopping today just like my period so i dont know whats going on. my mom had bleeding with me up to five months and my sister is 6 months right now and she's been bleeding for two months and her doctor hasnt checked her HCG levels at all and her baby is fine, so i'm praying everyday and hoping that everything is fine

hCG levels going up and down like that tend to indicate ectopic pregnancy, but if that were the case, they would have most likely seen something when checking your tubes. I would definitely get more blood work done and see what your hCG levels are at now, and have another ultrasound done before rushing into things like a d&c.

I'm sorry, that is really odd and confusing. Miscarriages are not always accompanied by pain though. I had one in November and bled for 9 days straight and finally went to the hospital and they told me I was having a miscarriage. After I had a d&c they told me that I was perfectly healthy and that miscarriages only happen because there was something wrong with the baby. There's nothing you can do to stop it. I got pregnant right away afterwards, I didn't even have a period! And now im almost 31 weeks with a healthy baby girl. So don't give up all hope. I will say a prayer for you.
