Through my entire pregnancy I've had that happen. My doctor said to try wearing compression stockings and to put my feet up whenever possible. I work in a warehouse so its not possible to put my feet up at work. I've had to go home from work because of it. Good luck! Make sure you're eating enough and often enough. I haven't really found anything to help. Just have to make sure when I start feeling dizzy I go sit down.

I use to be like that at work... I would have to sit down and put a cool washcloth on my forehead. Breathe through it and drink something cool

I'm 36 weeks, and I always get super hot and sweaty at work! Then I panic, so it makes it worse and sometimes I get shakey! I always put an ice cold water on my cheeks or forehead and it always helps(:

That just happen to me on Friday. I went to the doctors and they told me to tell my boss is that continues to go and rest. I'm only 5weeks and I wanted to faint. So just tell your boss that you need to rest the next time it happens
