Thanks ladies (: I'm just hoping the cervadil does it's job I'm so scared that because I haven't started thinning or anything on my own that it isn't going to work and the induction is going to end up failing. My dr is going out of town Thursday so I REALLY want to have her before then, and I really don't want a c-section!
I was induced with my daughter. No pill just iv induction. It was my first pregnancy and I had most of my labor pains in my back so I did get an epidural. I was induced at 7:30-8:00am and she was born at 2:37. No problems other than the fact that I DO NOT handle pain well. LOL!! Once you hold your baby you won't care how long it took or how much pain you had. All that will matter is your little baby!! Good luck!!
my induction was pretty painful... just be prepared that it can get pretty intense! and that nobody is in labour forever! and you are gonna meet your little one soon!!! :)
I should also add my daughter was stuck face up and head arched back on my spine... c section as a last resort in the end...
I was induced. I didn't have the pill, I was 2 centemeters before induction. My daughter was born 22 hourse after I arrived at the hospital, but I was only in hard labor for 2 hourse, and pushed for 20 minutes. She is my only one so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I thought everything went very well. Good Luck!
I had the cervidil? Put in the night before my daughter was born I wasn't dilated at all with her, the only bad thing about mine was I had to pee a lot! But they took it out the next morning and broke my water at 9 and she was born at 2!
My second son was 11 days late. They induced me and his was the easiest labor I had. I even did it all natural. I wanted an epidural but I waited to long. I think you will be juat fine...good luck and enjoy the lil one...
