Im 22+6 weeks and my back is beginning to really hurt. I have a small bump. My back hurts on randoms days and times. Sometimes for a couple hours and eases when im sitting, other times it feels like the whole day and nothing seems to help. Is this normal? How can i ease the discomfort. My job consists of standing long periods and my back pain is becoming an issue..

You should try to take a break and sit down for a few minutes if you've been standing long during work. When u get home try going on all fours and do some leg stretches. I have back aches as well and those leg stretches are the only thing that ease the pain. Also at night try sleeping with a pillow between your leg. All the best, take care
