Worried about feeling too good today

I have posted several questions about my extreme all day sickness.  I have been prescribed Zofran for it.  I was really sick last night.  I am worried because I woke up feeling great.  I have not been naseaus all day.  I haven't had a Zofran and even ate lunch at a Mexican restaurant with my husband.  I know I am crazy to be worried about it, but I just can't believe I feel this good after feeling so bad for 2-3 weeks.  I am 6.5 weeks, so I don'[t think I am already getting past this phase.  Could something be wrong or should I just stop worrying?

I think everyday in pregnancy is different. I never really had morning sickness but some days my boobs hurt like crazy or my back or i have heart burn or whatever and some days i wouldnt even know i was pregnant if i didnt have a protruding belly :) enjoy the good days!

I was given zofran monday. As of yesterday I did not have to take one and I feel great.  Enjoy it and make sure u drink your water and eat prunes....lol. Well not necessarily but it'll constipate u so get lots of fiber.
