breaking water than taking a shower

If your water breaks can you take a shower afterwards?

I think a shower is okay because you aren't sitting in water like a tub.  However, it's a good indication that labor is about to happen so I would take much time.  If you want a quick shower before labor, make it a quicky and then get to the hospital.  

If you shower, don't use soap or anything to wash the area.  Just quickly shower and get out.

No. Your cervix is open and alot of bacteria can flow right through and infect the baby also. I really wish us moms could though.
