labor??contractions??

i havent slept n my whole night was bad..my lower back n hip pain followed by cramping from my lower belly to my toes...i feel like puking!!! in thesse last days i had contractions every 20 mins but today they feel sharper n like10 mins apart..
do  you think i should go in
im really in pain n 37weeks

they havent been getting consistant.... so im jere sitting standing walking and in pain so much pain...... n it *****..... plus i dnt know watt else to do i ate pineapple ... hot chokolate with mint... ill try s e x tonight and see if that helps tomorrow i also have my doc appointment at 10:40 so ill def... undate

My contractions have done the same today nd I feel like screaming. So I feel you love.

doctor said to wait a few hours since their not soon enough....
they take up from 10-15 minutes and last 50sec according to my contraction timer.... dont have the strenght to get up cuz when i do i feel like pukking

You could have lost it and didnt reaalize it as they often come out during a BM. Or during active labour.

i just feel like scruching up in a ball ...... this is hurting my pelvis

dnt have a ball.. but will try walking..
i just never seen the mucus plug not even in the other previous pregnancies!!

Drink lots of water and make sure to keep your bladder empty. Having a full bladder can slow things down. But also take some time to relax. Your gonna need your rest

Walking at a good pace, do you have an exercise ball you could bounce on?

It wouldnt hurt to go get checked if you want to. I would recommend trying to get the contractions closer together before going in though unless you want them to stop it because you are considered full term but early enough that the choice is yours

Call your doctor plus it doesn't hurt If you go to the ER. Good luck
