anybody have an anxiety disorder
Just wondering if I'm alone in this situation. I have an anxiety disorder were I take benzos. My phsyc doctor is making me stop cold turkey. Is it really safe to withdrawal from meds I've been on for 6 years. ? Scared just found out I was pregnant
Thank you so much. It says alcoholic and benzo withdrawal is the worst did you ever have racing heart, barely sleeping or anything like that. I constantly have panic attacks.
It's hard very hard especially after when you start getting anxiety through the pregnancy but just imagine your lil ones face and you'll do great. I have anxiety but I made sure not to take meds cause I was worried about the withdrawal I did go through an alcohalicb withdrawal for awhile. It was hell but I gladly gave it up knowing my baby would be safe
