Prenatal vitamins

I have been taking the Vitafusion gummy prenatals, which were very good & easy to take at first but lately are making me so sick to my stomach i can barely get them down! I'm going to try another brand & was wondering what kinds you ladies are taking?

I was taking those and they made me so sick. My dr said to take the kids Flintstone's gummy vitamins and they haven't made me sick (yet)

I also had anemia with my son, the iron pills were the worst.
When your children start to take vitamins I also suggest staying away from gummy, kids need the iron too. No gummy vitamins have iron.

I am taking the garden of life raw prenatal, it has so many wonderful things in it, including the daily that we require. It has food based ingredients from veggies amd fruits and well as some ginger to help ease morning sickness. I love mine, plus I know what's in the product. I don't really trust main stream vitamins like centrum or one a day. They use to many chemically altered ingredients. I hope you feel better and find that works for you! :)

You can also get Flintstones chewables and take 2 a day. Or if you get a regular pill, take it right before bed!!

I also just developed anemia ..;( I have iron injections.

You definitely need a vitamin with a lot of iron. Unless you wanna end up like me and develop anemia and then have to try and take these stupid iron pills with these stupid instructions and if you think the gummies make you nauseous.... Try these stupid iron pills lol

Omg me too! They were fine at first but recently have made me sick (I'm 34 weeks) so I stopped for like 2 weeks and just started up again and I'm fine I just make sure to drink something other than water after wards Lol and I also can't swallow pills Lol I'm such a baby so I'm stuck with them!

I use nature made as well And I take it with my breakfast I can't take it on an empty stomach or I'm sick all day

I get mine free through my pharasist. He gives me Standly brand. They are okay but when I take them with water I throw them up. I switched to taking them with ginger ale and they stay down much easier.

these  were the first ones i bought since i didn't really know much about the different kinds, gummies just looked better than swollowing a big pill lol. i will deff look into getting an actual pill though because i'm getting to the point where i have to force myself to eat the gummies :(

I take the gummies too & I'm the same way I hate the smell & it makes me gag but I can't swallow pills so I just suck it up & take the gummies haha

I took those when I first found out i was pregnant and then noticed I would instantly get a headache or feel sick. Something about those gummies just isn't right. So i switched to naturemade and feel fine

Since I don't eat food rich in iron I have to so I.don't get sick with the baby sucking out my iron.
I suggest a regular pill, anything gummy lately makes me gag from the smell and I normally love gummy worms

no i'm not taking iron also. so it would be better to get an actual pill that also has iron? i got the gummys just cause i thought they'd be easy to take but i cannot stand the taste or smell anymore!

Are you also taking iron? Gummy vitamins don't have iron.
I'm taking a target generic one that has both the prenatal tablet and dha capsule
