You got pregnant in January. These are your dates according to the due date they gave you.

First Day of Last Menstrual Period:  *December 30, 2011*
Probable Date of Ovulation: * January 13, 2012*
Possible Dates of Conception: * January 9 to January 17, 2012*
Due Date: * October 5, 2012* (40 weeks)

So whoever you had sex with in January is the father of the baby.

They're saying you would have been 8 weeks 3 days at conception because doctors go by your last period and not conception. So 2 of those 10 weeks you weren't actually pregnant, but since they cannot definitely tell you a conception day they use your last period.

Oct 5th... great day to be due! thats my birthday.  it actually puts your conception date around New years eve... I always hear about that lovely fact from my parents.  I know how they celebrated new years that year.
