hi, Im so sorry for your loss, i know how tough it is to deal with, i was scanned after going to the hospital with bleeding at 12 weeks, i was told i had lost my baby and to go home and let nature take its course, i had my miscarriage a week later at home and i was never checked or given any follow up appointments, i went on the following year to get pregnant with my son who is now 5 and i had some bleeding with him in early pregnancy i was petrified it was happening again, they said it was old blood and cells and couldn't rule out that it wasn't bits left over from my previous miscarriage as my son was fine! ill still never know to this day but if you go back to your doctor they can arrange an examination and an ultrasound for you to check your womb is clear, hope this helps and once again Im so sorry.
