baby kicked?

I am 20 weeks and today all day keep feeling like muscle spasm in my belly. Or some nudging me lightly. Hard to describe but was right below my belly button. I'm hoping it was a kick! Happened like 7 times. Anybody else have that sort of feeling or am I crazy? Lol
