evening primrose oil
I want to start taking evening primrose oil orally and vaginally, my questions to those who ve used it before is "is it ok and safe to ve sex while putting this vaginally?" Any precautions I need to take? Pls help!
I take them orally and vaginally. I'm not too sure about the sex part though. I'm not too into sex at this point. Lol. But know that you will leak the oil when you insert them vaginally.
