Doulas are very helpful during labor and if you have a partner, they always try to encourage them to be apart of the comfort for you too.
I found my doula on face book...:)
Check dona.com or just Google doulas in your area.
Thanx for the encouragment.. whr do I find a doula?
I already have a doctor that is willing to attend my birth.
I wouldnt get to excited doc rarly let any one have vb ac becuz the damage it can cause
I watched it!! I'm trying for an unmedicated vaginal birth after 3 csections. I'm due April 19, I'm pretty excited about it.
My water broke early with my son and I got epidural cuz I had my contractions in my back they hurt so bad I was gona cry.i really want to go natural with this one just to prove ppl wrong they keep tellin I cant do it
Omg I just posted about the movie it was really good I'm doing all natural I did it with my daughter but I didn't have a choice she Was born early but it wasn't that bad so I plan to do it with my son
The best advice I can give is to go in well prepared. Even if you had epidurals with your previous births you are better prepared than most first timers. Practice breathing, bring a focal point, whatever works best for you, and stay positive. You CAN do it!
Go for it! Also, get a doula if at all possible because they can do a lot to ease the pain/discomfort that make a lot of women unable to handle a natural birth.
