Retest in a week but it is highly unlikely you are pregnant.

"Movements" in your stomach would not be felt until you were about 18 or so weeks pregnant so this "symptom" is certainly not pregnancy related.

Even mild symptoms can become exaggerated when you're terrified that you might be pregnant.  Sounds like stress is making you crazy.  Relax!  If you are, you'll know soon enough and if you aren't you're making yourself sick.

Don't be surprised if your period is late -- stress can do that too.

If your period is due next week, your symptoms are also sounding like regular PMS.
I don't know what would be moving in your stomach, and the discharge might be normal, (but keep an eye out for more colors and a nose out for funny smells), it would certainly be too early to detect a baby in there, but everything else is typical to regular period pains.

So wait and take your test after 2 weeks.  But yes, even a little bit can go a looooong way.
