It also helped sometimes if I ate some toast or a few crackers right before I went to sleep.

Tums helped me, and sucking on sour candy when I could. I had similar issues with just feeling worse at night. It lasted up to 13weeks for me and then subsided, but everyone is different. Hang in there luv. Hopefully just a few more weeks for ya.

You could ask your dr for something? Or get your partner to rub your belly in a circular motion, dont ask but it always helps haha:P it might ease up in your second trimester (hopefully)

there's really no length time. everyone is different. some have it the whole pregnancies others don't get it at all. it all just varies. and not much can really help with it. doctors can prescribe you something but that's about it.
