Headache!

I have a really bad headache. I'm 10w2d and I'm wondering would it be okaee for me to take something and what?

I used to have very bad headaches panadol is fine to take and codene that's what my doc said. I had them alot too but the further along I've got they have stopped! im not one to take pills but they were soo bad I had too. that's the only time I took panadol was for my headaches :)

Definitely make sure that you are keeping hydrated too.

I too hve headaches almost daily..I use vicks vapourrub. .and my hubby gives me head/forehead massage..it will help..I m 11 weeks..

Try drinking a coke and lay down. Try napping somewhere cool and dark. If that doesn't work, you can take 650mg-1000mg of tylenol. Good luck.
