2 THINGS

#1 who else has had these HORRIBLE butt pains? I have read that it's called sciatica (meaning the baby is sitting on the sciatic nerve). It's the most uncomfortable think EVER...

#2 when do you start to feel movement?? I'm 17 weeks and have felt nothing. And the baby is still down in my pelvic region, when shouldvhe be moving up?

Massage and stretching help sciatica. U can also sit on a tennis ball where the pain is and then either use ice or heat....whichever makes it feel better. If the pain goes down the back of ur leg than it is sciatica.

I'm 22 weeks and I have been dealing with the button pains for the past three days and it hurts to walk, sit, bend over. I have been doing a heating pad. My doctor is going to have me try physical therapy to see if that eases some of the sciatica pain. What are u doing for the pain?
