So confused and upset

Hi ladies im so glad i found this site.  My husband and i are trying for a baby and i had my last period on the 28th Jan, we have had 3 neg urine test and 1 neg blood test today.
Im disappointed,  i am now 3 weeks late for my period, my breasts have gone up over a cup size, im nausous, itchy skin and bloated, im having slight and i mean slight lower ab cramps but ive been having them for the last 2 weeks.  The doctor says "Oh you poor thing, no im sorry your not pregnant"

How can that be im so symtomatic that its silly.  Has any one else had this and been positive??????

It is very possible to have phantom pregnancy symptoms when you're so convinced you are pregnant. Some women will even begin to have a "pregnant belly". Do you normally have your period like clockwork?

Were you on birth control before?  I know many women on here, including myself, who had the mirena removed had tons of preggo symptoms after.  It sometimes takes a little bit for your cycle to come back to normal.  I thought for sure that I was pregnant a month after I had mine removed.  Really nauseous, sore boobs, the works...but it was just mirena withdrawls.  But then again, I have heard of some women who were pregnant for a while before they ever had a positive hpt!  Good luck to you and SSBD!!

If you got a negative blood test it is unlikely you are pregnant. Many things can cause a period to be late including stress. It can take a normal couple up to a year to concieve.
