I take benadryl probably twice a month. I've been super sick for the last 3 months, so I need it. You're fine to take it.

I used to take benadryl every night to fall asleep :)
So it's safe, no worries

Well i get knocked out when i take it... i only have taken tylonol sence bein prego

Non drowsy clairtian is what my doc recommends or non drowsy benadryl. I'm sure it's safe because when I couldn't sleep my doc told me to take Tylenol pm which contains benadryl.
