How do you know the difference from contractions and Braxton hick contractions???
Im 24 weeks and am starting to feel so cramping like period cramps it starts then goes away.
How do I know for sure im having just braxton hick contractions and not actual labor contractions?

Thank you so much! No bleeding just the contranctions but they are stopping so im guessing they are just BH contractions!
BH come and go don't ever get really painful and cannot be measured. Real labor increases in intensity and you will be able to time them. If you have any bleeding you should call the doc though
