First Ultrasound

My first ultrasound is Monday and I will be 12w 6d. I wasn't given any specific instructions, but I've noticed I tend to get less advice because the doctors think I know this stuff already since I am a nurse and have worked with them and their colleagues. But I'm in the ICU and this baby stuff is definitely not my thing!

Any do's and don'ts? Need a full bladder? I've heard some suggest a sugary snack/drink right before to see the baby move, but is that more appropriate for my 20 week US? Any tips would be greatly appreciated! :)
