birthcontrol after pregnancy??

I've never been on any birthcontrol and I've been with my hubby for 10 years since I was 14 we were sexually active since I was 15 (only Guy I've been with) we have always used the pull out method except for maybe the first few months (stupid immature I know) but I've never been pregnant!! It only took us maybe 2or3 times of not pulling out before I became pregnant with my little girl we were so excited I little shocked because it took all my friends like a year to get pregnant. Well I'm 26+5 and my midwife told me I needed to start thinking about birthcontrol after the baby. My hubby said he really don't want me to go on any because we are married and I've never went on it before and neither did any of our friends wife's. But after your first your more fertile right? And he hasn't pulled out in a while so he might not be as good at it? So I guess my question is how many of you ladies went or didn't go on birthcontrol after your baby?

I've tried loads of different birth controls and definatly not going back on any after this baby! They just mess with my body and end up bleeding non stop for months and get every possible side effect, not worth the hassle il be using condoms and enjoy a regular period.

Birth control is not for everyone if u get a lot of uti or yeast infections don't get the mirena or iud can lead to serious infection depo works fir some people others bleed heavy if u are ur husband never used thenmm and you two are nit comfy with the ideal of using birthcontrol use condoms

I didn't go on birth control after my 1st my husband and I used condoms and then decided we were ready for our next baby when my son turned a year old so we started trying and here I am 22w &5 days :) we wanted our kids close to age!

thats crazy... theyre all young! me nd my brother are a year nd 8 months apart... nd like 20 months...

My midwife hasnt even mentioned birth control yet (im 32w + 3d) ill have to figure out what i can go on and still breast feed. Ive been with my bf for 12 years and have been on various contriception. One of my friends got pregnant whilst breast feeding even tho she hadnt even started her periods again yet! Her son is just 12 month younger than her twins! X

i heard yu are more fertile after pregnancy...
im 18 ill be 19 wen i have my daughter nd i havent had birth control since i was 15 nd even then i didnt take it fur too long cuz i didnt like the pill... after i have my daughter tho i am plannin to get on some type of birth control... mby the 5 year one.. not sure yet
