a lot of nightmares

I get alot of nightmares and is getting harder and harder to sleep my body is tired but my mind is not I'M stressed over so much this will be my first son and I'M on my own with no help I lost my job and my apartment..... everytime I wake my son gets the hiccups I assume. He gets them alot through out the day he gets them atleast twice and suggestions to help me sleep???

Haven't had horrible nightmares, but before my pregnancy i did not have dreams in general. Now i have them almost every night, and they are mostly uncomfortable,unpleasant. I guess that depends on the stress level - you are going through hard times. Try to drink warm tea, warm milk. Meditating might help also - even if you dont feel like doing it properly - try to sit down and breathe depely as often as you can, holding onto hope that everything is going to be alright.

I hate the nightmares I literally got up last night into my mums bed that's how scared I was . 36 weeks but I guess it's normal

Tea really helps to soothe. I just woke up from a nightmare. Its 3am here in Cali. I know how you feel ):
