Spotting and 6 weeks pregnant.

I am sorry if some one has already posted this question. its been three days i been having pinkish discharge it comes and goes. yesterday i had a scan i thought i ll be 6 weeks and 2 days but scan showed i am only 5 weeks and few days. it showed a sac, yolk, and tiny sesame seed but she said she is unable to see baby because its too early. last night i had brownish red spot and then pinkish discharge. i thought i started to miscarry but it stops after a while. now at day time i started having pinkish discharge again. i know i asked my nurse and she said its ur body trying to stop menstrual cycle. until u get heavy bleeding or clotting then u should come to an ER. i am not worried and i am prepared for worst. the only thing i noticed is that when i hold my urine for a while or even for a few mins i started getting this discharge. last night when i had that spot of blood i held my urine for long and i had pain on left side and then i saw blood. could anyone tell me what it can be?  i will call my nurse on monday just to get some information on this.

yeh i am doing that now the only reason i got bit negative is that one my bestfriend had same situation she had spotting a week b4 and when she went for scan at week8 they told her baby hasn't grown since week5. and she is had a miscarriage. she let nature take its course. anyway i am just thinking how it will go for me next week on 21/11/11 :) i hoping for best and worst together.

Also, try not to hold your urine you can get a bad UTI.
