Prenatal pills

Does anyone else have a hard time taking their prenatals?  I can't even hardly stand the smell of them. When I get it to my mouth I gag.  Then after I get them down I'm really quesy.  I know I need to take them so I keep choking them down, any suggestions?

When I had a hard time with prenatals making me sick to my stomach my first pregnancy my doctor switched me to natachew which is a chewable tablet instead.  I work in a pharmacy and haven't seen them in a long time, but it might be worth asking about.

I do take an extra folic acid pill that is seperate because my sister has spina bifida.  So if I have a hard time with the horse pill (lol) I always take the folic acid. I swear they're big enough don't ya think? As if they aren't hard enough to take in the first place, they are huge and they smell horrible!!!! What brand do you take?

GOD I hate the smell of them too. They always cause me some nausea. Try different ones, some making you feel ill while others don't. The important thing is getting the folic acid.
