I get nosebleeds a lot too, nothing major just a few drops of blood especially when i blow my nose, and my doctor said its because of stolen blood vessels in the nose during pregnancy so it is apparently normal lol :)
Yes. Your blood volume increases in pregnancy which causes the tiny blood vessels to become larger and thinner. Its normal.
