what's happening?

Are Braxton hicks supposed to go away if I walk or move? Cause I think im having contractions and even if im standing up or walking I still feel them usully its only when im laying down or not moving.. theyre a little painful

Try lots of water and a bath. If they keep getting stronger then time them. You'll know if its for real contractions are no joke when its ready

Start timing them. They're really painful as they increase and they will stop you in your tracks of walking. Trust me...you'll know when it hits you.

You'll just need to time them. They are "supposed" to ease up if you walk and stuff, but sometimes they just don't. I've had them last a couple hours regardless of what I do. I had them at my last appt and my Dr said to just continue timing them. For me, he wants them less than 7min apart, for more than an hour, growing in intensity.

Your right though, only for a fee seconds-2minutes at the most & inconsistent. Try drinking a lot of water & if yoy still continuously feel them, head into l&d. Your little angel will be here shortly! ☺
