Talk to your mom about her pregnancy. Alotttttt of the time it goes like your moms.
For Example, my mom didnt get belly stretch marks but she got boob stretch marks. Same with me.
She stayed tiny and fit, didnt gain a lot of weight. Same with me.
We had some small variations but most od it has been spot on.
So talking to her could help with what to expect.
Now ive been using stretch mark cream since I was 12 weeks, and I have farrrre lessss stretch marks on my boobs than her. So try to work that into your everyday routine. Its worth it.

That's all part of pregnancy... If you work hard you should be able to get your flat tummy back, stretch marks don't go away but do fade over time, as for being "tight" those parts all go back to normal as well. The boobs may sag a little depending on how much the size fluctuates and your hips normally spread and don't go all the way back, so you may never fit into your pre pregnancy jeans again but its all part of being a mommy.
