Helps aloooot when dealing with leg/hip cramps and back aches, which you will deal with later on in your pregnancy for sure.
I sleep with this stuffed tiger between my legs, its great for me, levels my hips just right to get comfortable.
I also shower twice a day to relax my body. I must must have a warm shower before bed always helps me.

I use my body pillows every night . Can't sleep with out them.. keep them near by lol
Body pillows are amazing. Im 12 wks as well and have had horrible insomnia since the beginning, I found going to the gym to walk on a treadmill for 30-40 minutes at night really tires me out and helps me get to sleep faster and longer. Just try going for a walk.
I use a body pillow and cuddle to it. Like put the bottom part between my legs and the the top I wrap around it.
I also use a body pillow to lay on the side of me and use another pillow between my legs , to me its very comfortable!
Yes body pillows work wonders helps back pain as well. I bought mine from mother hood with is a place in the mall where i live im not sure where u live and what all places u have there but mine costed 60 bucks i think but those are for pregnant women and u can chose like 3 to 4 different kids thwy have ones that wrap completely around ur body and some that just go in the front mine looks like a bannana lol it curls at the end lol.
I'm 5 months the 28th and I use 1 to 2 pillows at night. I do 1 of 3 things put the pillow between my legs, put it under my lower back, or if I'm on my side/tummy the pillow is right next to my tummy kind of under it. Its comfortable and helps me sleep a little better.
