sharp pains down below?

Hello ladies! Hope all is well with everyone! :) so im 20 weeks pregnant and since last night I have been getting pains that go from my lower abdomen down through my cervix and straight out my vagaygay. When I stand from sitting or laying I get sharp pains really bad in my cervix area that runs all the way out and even makes it kind of hurt to walk. Could this be from round ligament pains which ive been having for about two weeks but not this or maybe where my baby is laying or something? I had pains kind of similar to this when I was about 7weeks and wemt to the er and they said I had a uti. But it doesnt hurt to pee or nothing. Maybe just the baby growing and putting pressure down there? Or how im sleeping? Idk but it hurts! Even in my back. :( anybody have any ideas??? Please help!

I get them alot especially the last week or so I am 33 weeks and chalk it up to ligament pains and the fact that the baby is head down
