Husband had a vacestomy but I'm still late

My husband had a vasectomy last December and got the all clear. My period has always been very regular. Until now, now I am going on 11 days late. I have taken multiple test that have come up negative. But I am having been cramping and nausea. What could it be????

Not too worry you or anything buy my daughter that was born almost two years ago was a vasectomy baby. And so i was using birth control and now we're on baby number two post vasectomy and birth control. Lol.. however it had been 9 years since his vasectomy when i ended up pregnant. All together this will be 5 kids. :)
